As our thousands of loyal customers who shop at any one of our five locations could tell you; our prices and quality are second to none. In order to maintain these low prices, all sales are final. However, if you receive an item that is not what you ordered or is defective, please contact our customer service experts by phone or email within 3 days of receiving your order. We would be happy to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.
Shipping and Handling
Where can you ship?
We ship to all states in the continental U.S.A., Alaska, and Canada.
What are my shipping options?
We offer UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day Select, and UPS Ground. All orders are processed Monday through Saturday.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation including the tracking number for your order.
So what’s it going to cost me?
Orders over $25 and shipping within the contiguous USA ship FREE! Orders under $25 will be charged the UPS live rate chosen. Orders shipping to Canada will be charged a $15 flat rate.
What about sales tax?
Per the applicable federal and state guidelines, sales tax is applied to orders shipping only to Florida and Maine.

Are there any exclusions for the coupon/specials that you have?
Our coupon is good on almost anything! The exclusions are limited to the purchase of a gift card and monogramming items.
